朝から体に力が入らない。夜になると復活する。意味がわからない。本当に力が入らないのだ。肺から指先まで全身。その動きはまるで老人のようである。思うに栄養が偏ってるのと薬のせいかなと思慮。でも、夜は睡眠薬が無いと眠れなくなった性質なので飲まないと苦しい夜をすごすはめになる。平日勤務のため、また静かな仕事のために、夜きちんと寝ないと眠たくなってしまう。ああ、脳が寝ている。絶対薬のせいじゃん。
朗読会無事終了。私は仕事のため途中で帰らざるをえませんでしたが、やはり朗読後に声をかけて頂けるのはとても嬉しい。ほめてもらえるともっと嬉しい。反省課題はいくつか。朗読会の雰囲気とかもあって難しいものです。
